We Make Your Home Better in 3 Easy Steps
Step 01
We Begin the Aeroseal Process
First, we block all your vents and registers to pressurize your system.
The internal components of your furnace are also blocked off to protect them from the sealant being blown through the ductwork.
This system pressurization allows our technology to find all the cracks and holes where air leaks.
Next, we hook up the Aeroseal machine to measure your pre-seal air duct leakage, giving you a before and after snapshot. More on that later.
Step 02
We Seal Your Leaks With Precision
We are then ready to begin distributing our sealant formula throughout your air vent and duct system.
While sealing, we monitor your system’s performance and show you all the improvements as they happen.
Our technology is so precise that we only use the amount of sealant necessary, with virtually no waste and very little cleanup.
This process can vary between 60 minutes to a couple of hours, depending on your initial system leakage amounts.
Step 03
You See & Feel the Difference
When we’re finished, a certificate of completion, including both before & after system leakage measurements, is printed and presented to you.

Why Ducts are important
Ducts serve as the circulatory system of your home, responsible for distributing conditioned air throughout your living spaces. Properly functioning ductwork ensures that every room receives adequate heating and cooling, maintaining consistent temperatures and optimal comfort levels throughout your home.

Imagine trying to water your garden with a hose that has multiple holes and leaks. Water would spray everywhere except where you need it most, requiring more water and higher pressure to achieve your goal. Similarly, leaky ducts waste conditioned air, preventing it from reaching the rooms where you need it most and forcing your HVAC system to work harder and longer.
Our Process:
We measure your baseline. We measure the volume of air you're getting at each register - this gives us the actual volume of air you're getting into your rooms. We then hook up specialized equipment, such as a Duct Blaster, to pressurize the ducts and measure the volume of leakage. Now we know what you're getting and what you're losing, so we can work out how much we can recover for you by repairing and Aerosealing your ducts.
